H. E. Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza, Minister of Energy, Kingdom of Bahrain

Minister of Energy His Excellency Dr. Abdul Hussain bin Ali Mirza met on Wednesday, October 26, Arshad M. Khan, CEO and Managing Director of Bahrain Financial Exchange (BFE) at the National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) headquarters. They discussed a number of other economic issues, especially those related to oil and gas industries and energy. Dr Mirza expressed his happiness on the role of the BFE to stimulate investments in the Kingdom of Bahrain for the benefit of the national economy. He promised further cooperation with the BFE in the energy sector, in terms of the Bahrain market, including financial flows for the progress and prosperity of the Kingdom. Mr. Khan thanked the Minister for the meeting, his encouraging words and valuable suggestions and said these would encourage such innovative projects in the future and ensure Bahrain's unique status in the region.

Mr. Khan expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Dr Mirza for the meeting and the ideas exchanged. He praised the programmes and development projects carried out in the energy sector, which has a strong impact on the national economy of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
